Modern Graphics Abstractions & Real-Time Ray Tracing

Colin and I attended SyysGraph 2018 in Helsinki and presented to the group. The first section described aspects of Halcyon’s rendering architecture, including information on explicit heterogeneous and virtual multi-GPU, render graph, and the remote render proxy backend. The second section discussed real-time ray tracing approaches and current open problems. The following day, this presentation was also given as a lecture at Aalto University.
